I'm Jen, a PACFA-registered counsellor, public health professional, and the founder of Natural Zen Counselling. My own journey across cultures — Colombia, France, and Australia — gave me a deep understanding of what it means to navigate life transitions, identity challenges, and the unique stresses that come with change.

I combine evidence-based therapy with a holistic, whole-person approach — because lasting wellbeing means attending to mind, body, and spirit together. My sessions are warm, practical, and entirely led by your pace and goals.
