• Meet professional obligations under PACFA membership

All session information is strictly confidential. Limits to confidentiality are discussed at the start of the therapeutic relationship.

Records are stored securely and accessible only to Jennifer Rodriguez. Session notes are retained for a minimum of seven years per professional guidelines.
